      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure compliance with the Affordable Care Act, CMS guidelines, and state-specific regulations for marketplace and large group products
      - Provide guidance on compliance matters to internal stakeholders, including senior management and product development teams
      - Conduct compliance reviews and audits to identify and address compliance issues
      - Communicate compliance issues and developments to internal stakeholders
      - Support business areas in conducting root cause analysis and corrective actions upon identification of non-compliance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree
      - At least 3 years of managed care experience or a satisfactory combination of education, experience, and training
      - CHC or CCEP certification
      - Knowledge of healthcare regulations and policies, including the Affordable Care Act and CMS guidelines
      - Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills, as well as strong analytical abilities

      - Experience leading interdepartmental and cross-functional workgroups
      - Proven ability to manage multiple projects to meet corporate deadlines
      - Familiarity with operationalizing complex regulatory provisions, laws, and statutes
      - High level of integrity in handling confidential materials
