Respond to inquiries and requests from clients and prospects, including RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and general data gathering.
Manage technical onboarding of new clients and requests for proactive services, leveraging the Incident Response Retainer program.
Work in conjunction with new clients and Booz Allen legal resources to resolve any legal or regulatory challenges though the contracting or onboarding process.
Understand Incident Response Retainer Clients’ needs and Booz Allen’s broad capabilities to align the proper Booz Allen resources to design, scope, and develop custom cybersecurity solutions.
Manage the end-to-end retainer sales cycle and client management process for Incident Response Retainer clients.
Maintain current opportunity status within the Booz Allen CRM for accurate forecasting and metrics-based reporting to leadership.
Prospect into whitespace accounts in collaboration with dedicated account team or other Booz Allen resources.
4+ years of experience working in business fields, including a combination of business development, sales, incident response strategy, external relationship management, or revenue growth
Experience presenting and communicating to internal or external teams, executives, and clients, including briefings, sales calls, and team-based discussions
Ability to own and drive the sales process from lead generation through deal closure and provide longer-term account management to strategic client accounts
Ability to thrive in a team-based and fast-paced environment and coordinate with key stakeholders across technical capabilities and market and industry teams
Ability to lead fast-paced delivery in challenging commercial environments, work with senior leaders to foster positive client relationships, identify new business opportunities with existing clients, and develop new intellectual capital
Ability to synthesize technical content and distill into key messages that will resonate with senior business leaders
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, as needed
Bachelor’s degree

In the role of Commercial Retainer Customer Success Manager, you will come aboard Booz Allen’s Commercial segment with the full support of the Commercial leadership team to drive new business and support existing Commercial Retainer clients.
Join an expanding team to contribute to Booz Allen's rapid growth in the Incident Response and Commercial Retainer business. You will utilize knowledge of cyber incident response, the lifecycle of a cyber incident, sales or business development, and the cybersecurity product ecosystem. You will have blended responsibilities, working with existing customers and growing our retainer portfolio. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizen ship is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
