- Manage and follow-up on Distributor' requests.
- Manage and maintain a Distributors' database.
- Build and maintain master database: pricelists (saleable & non-saleable), products, testers, samples, availability dates and products information.
- Maintain Distributors' price lists and support any discrepancies.
- Create and update competitors' product & pricing benchmarks - twice a year.
- Partner with markets to ensure timely submission and consolidation of monthly reports.
- Co-ordinate and ship POS (samples, testers, collaterals) timely to Distributors, if required.
- Support the BDD in the budget exercises through specific analyses and data consolidation.
- Liaise with Finance to run reports and support the Business team for any historical trends and benchmarking exercise.
- To build a strong rapport with the Distributors.
- Any other related duties as instructed, or which may arise in the course of daily work.
- Cascade all brand marketing information, assets, updates, bulletins to markets in consultation with BDD and Global Marketing.
- Maintain and update markets' innovation tracker.
- Create and maintain a library of pictures of all counters, planogram, innovations, videos, and digital assets for respective markets.
- Requisition of marketing samples and testers, if any.
- Support and coordinate any Distributor events and activities.
- Experience in the cosmetics industry
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration
- Strong Organization and Planning skills
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Proactive and ability to work without close supervision
- Positive learner and self-starter
- Customer-oriented and analytical skills
- Ability to develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Strong IT skills - in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS office Suite, mastering Excel (proficient in excel, V-look up)
- Minimum 2 - 5 years Sales & Marketing experience in LATAM

At Orveon Global, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when deter-mining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications.
The pay range for this position is $51,500 $64,500. Supplemented with all the amazing benefits above for full-time employees!
