- Create and maintain relationships with commercial customers all over Columbia
- Act as the primary contact for commercials customers while always providing exceptional customer service
- Responsible for finding the right part and keying invoices for delivery
- Ensure deliveries are timely and efficient by managing and dispatching the delivery team and routing drivers as needed
- Source from multiple stores and online systems to ensure items can reach our customers as quickly and efficiently as possible
- Work with the Store Manager and ownership in training and developing drivers, growing sales and meeting monthly sales goals
- Review sales trends and progress with store salespeople, ownership, employees and distribution center management teams
- Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as professional conduct and appearance at all times
- Help cover front counter sales on occasion when necessary
- 5+ years of previous experience in a parts store or automotive industry
- 2+ years of automotive industry commercial or dealer management experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Knowledge of cataloging and/or inventory management systems
- Proficient using new programs and navigating computer systems
- Valid driver's license

Job Description
NAPA Auto Parts (Miller Auto Supply) is searching for an experienced Commercial Sales Manager who truly cares about building relationship with our commercial customers. This role is responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with our commercial customers via telephone and providing exceptional customer service while finding the right part and working with our delivery team to ensure that part is safely dispatched and delivered in a timely manner. This position will be coming open due to a promotion.
