      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Pursue hardscape projects in industrial, commercial, and institutional landscaping applications
      - Leverage technological resources and maintain face-to-face relationships with clients
      - Build brand awareness and facilitate educational sessions, including lunch and learns
      - Visit commercial project sites to engage with customers and understand their needs
      - Collaborate with internal marketing, architect designers, and R&D engineers for customized solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales
      - Ability to read blueprints and understand design concepts
      - Experience working with CMD, Insight, or Dodge Reports
      - Strong negotiation skills and capacity to manage a thorough sales process
      - Proficiency in computer tools, including Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Background in Landscape Architecture
      - Experience dealing with engineering and architect offices, municipalities, and real estate developers
      - Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
      - Autonomy, proactivity, organization, and problem-solving abilities
      - Valid driver's license and excellent driving record, with a valid passport for international travel
