      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Pursue new service agreement opportunities, including technical services and maintenance solutions
      - Manage complex multi-service solutions proposals and utilize CRM for customer interactions
      - Establish and maintain strong customer relationships while promoting the employer's value proposition
      - Create high-quality estimates, bids, and proposals, including detailed cost-benefit analyses
      - Consistently achieve sales metrics and annual targets while adapting to fast-paced environments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or GED
      - Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B service sales
      - Ability to pass an MVR background check
      - Must be able to lift/carry 20 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, and work on roofs/platforms
      - Ability to travel up to 80% within the assigned territory

      - Proficiency in operating in a technical environment using Microsoft-based software
      - Strong sales and negotiation skills with effective time management
