      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Pursue new service agreement opportunities including on-site technical services and maintenance solutions
      - Promote the employer’s value proposition by linking customer objectives to service solutions
      - Manage complex multi-service solutions proposals and maintain customer interactions using CRM
      - Develop and sustain long-term customer relationships, adapting sales strategies to customer needs
      - Consistently achieve sales metrics and create high-quality estimates and proposals for clients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or GED
      - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B Service Sales
      - Ability to pass an MVR background check
      - Capable of lifting/carrying 20 lbs, climbing ladders/stairs, and working on roofs/platforms
      - Willingness to travel up to 80% within the assigned territory

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficient in operating in a technical environment with Microsoft-based software
      - Strong sales and negotiation skills with excellent time management and organizational abilities
      - Experience in cross-selling and upselling within a customer base
      - Ability to identify opportunities for proactive sales of preventative repair and upgrade packages
      - Self-motivated with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
