What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Set appointments with potential to turn into sales, follow up on inquiries
- Keep lead data organized and updated in company CRM tool
- Initiate and support sales process for the rest of the team
- Follow up on proposals and client decisions
- Create, update and execute documents on behalf of the commercial sales team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Positive, energetic attitude, and ambitious with a strong desire to succeed
- Ability to speak with charisma and confidence
- Self-motivated and disciplined
- Proven and documented track record of sales success
- 3 years sales experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with CRM, Salesforce.com preferred
- B2B, solar, or professional sales experience preferred
- Ability to work with technical details and specifications
- Ability to learn basic design/proposal principles and software
