  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Supervise and guide the assigned underwriting team to ensure effective underwriting practices
  - Enforce corporate and branch-specific underwriting guidelines and procedures
  - Collaborate with agents and internal teams to enhance agency relationships and drive business growth
  - Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and training to foster team development
  - Monitor and audit underwriting decisions for compliance and quality assurance
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's degree in insurance, business administration, or equivalent relevant experience
  - Minimum of six years of commercial lines underwriting experience
  - Previous supervisory or leadership experience
  - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  - Strong problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - CPCU designation or other underwriting-related certifications
  - Experience in managing and developing teams
  - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
  - Proven ability to work on multiple projects while meeting deadlines
  - Strong customer service skills
