      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with stakeholders across Commercial Lines to identify business requirements and deliver industry-specific content
      - Develop underwriting and training tools to enhance associates' underwriting acumen
      - Support Sales by articulating the company's appetite to increase submission counts
      - Conduct book analyses to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
      - Maintain relationships with key brokers, agents, and industry influencers to assess risk tolerance and market appetite

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of five years of experience in the commercial property and casualty industry
      - General knowledge of the employer's product offerings
      - Working knowledge of the construction industry as it relates to property and casualty
      - Effective communication skills to educate and inform others
      - Strong underwriting acumen and decision-making skills
