What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and make decisions on credit applications submitted to the employer
- Maintain strong business relationships with dealership personnel and support dealer satisfaction initiatives
- Conduct investigations to identify potential misrepresentations or fraud
- Participate in calibration sessions and support a culture focused on sales mindset
- Perform daily tasks to ensure high levels of dealer and customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor of Business Administration or related business degree
- Basic understanding of credit, financial analysis, sales, collections, and relationship management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong typing and data entry skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings, holidays, and weekends
