What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain a database by associating real estate transactions
- Validate and correct data received as necessary
- Process special cases that cannot be automated
- Adhere to data entry requirements by following established techniques and procedures
- Perform additional tasks of a similar nature as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency with Google Suite and Excel
- Must be proficient in English (written and spoken) to support clients outside Quebec
- Minimum educational requirement: College Diploma DEC in legal techniques (in progress or equivalent)
- Knowledge of the Quebec land registry is essential
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in data entry or database management
- Familiarity with real estate transactions and related documentation
- Additional language skills beyond English and French
