      **What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
      - Calculate, adjust, and process sales commissions for thousands of agents.
      - Maintain the commission database, ensuring accurate and timely payment of commissions.
      - Perform detailed audits of commission statements in accordance with requirements.
      - Research and resolve commission disputes, identifying discrepancies as needed.
      - Assist with answering questions related to commission payouts and 1099 preparation.

      **What is Required (Qualifications):**
      - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting, or equivalent analytical experience.
      - Experience with sales compensation calculations and reporting.
      - High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy.
      - Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
      - Basic Microsoft Excel/Basic Access skills.

      **How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
      - Experience working in the insurance industry.
      - Familiarity with Varicent Incentive Compensation Tools or other compensation tools (e.g., Xactly, SAP Callidus).
      - Prior experience using SSMS/similar database tools and/or writing SQL queries.
