What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Receive and log commission inquiries from partners through various communication channels
- Conduct thorough research to resolve commission inquiries, including checking supplier commission reports and internal databases
- Maintain communication with partners and suppliers throughout the inquiry resolution process
- Attend job-related training and seminars to enhance job performance
- Act as a backup to the Senior Commission Inquiry Specialist as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and ability to quickly learn ERM Software
- Experience in an office environment is a plus
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a cooperative team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Telecommunications experience a plus
- Quick learner with adaptability to a multi-cultural business environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced setting
