What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Retrieve commission statements from various sources and maintain organized electronic filing systems
- Communicate with carriers to obtain missing statements via phone or email
- Assist Operations Team in managing carrier logins
- Process commission statements using agency management systems
- Participate in data cleanup initiatives to ensure data integrity

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience in an administrative role
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel and M365 environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
