      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own the monthly and quarterly commission payout process, ensuring accuracy in calculations and validations
      - Manage data inputs across Salesforce, payroll, and reporting tools to maintain end-to-end accuracy
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for commission payments, addressing inquiries and resolving discrepancies
      - Maintain documentation and audit trails to support Finance, Payroll, and Sales Ops teams
      - Build dashboards to provide real-time insights into compensation trends and collaborate on workflow improvements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-4 years of experience in commissions, sales operations, compensation, or financial analysis
      - Proven ability to execute recurring processes with accuracy and meet deadlines
      - Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of SQL for data validation
      - Experience using AI tools to enhance efficiency in daily tasks
      - Clear communication skills to explain financial concepts to non-financial audiences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Salesforce reporting and compensation or HRIS tools such as Rippling
      - Demonstrated ownership mindset and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
