Design and deploy communication strategy for FLPO in line with change management best practice.
Work with all partner teams to FLPO to operationalize the strategy ensuring that all planned initiatives follow a clear communication approach.
Partner with People Function colleagues, Training and Comms Partners to ensure communications are delivered to all intended recipients.
Create and facilitate forums for 2-way communication and feedback mechanisms to drive alignment, engagement, and collaboration.
Build and own a change and communications toolkit / content to ensure standard deployment across different channels.
Follow best practice change management and project governance aligned with the FLPO and People Function Operating Model tools and methodologies.
Ability to effectively engage and mobilize diverse People stakeholders.
Ability to construct engaging communications that meet diverse end user needs, and often from multiple sources.
An ability to bring people together to achieve a consistent and cohesive approach.
A proactive, ‘let’s get it done’ attitude geared towards continuous improvement.
Flexibility and adaptability to operate in a fast-paced, developing project environment, taking ownership, and setting directions with minimal guidance.
Resilience: the change process, is anything but straightforward; accepting uncertainty and bouncing back from setbacks while keeping your enthusiasm is a tall order but required in any change role.
Collaborative working style, fostering cooperation and teamwork to find solutions.
Excellent communication skills, ability to navigate complex stakeholder matrix and to foster long-term relationships.

What we offer
You will join the FLPO Global Strategic Programs and Continuous Improvement Team, as FLPO Communication & Change Management Lead. This role has ownership for the FLPO Communications Strategy and will work closely with all teams across People Function (PF) to ensure that changes that are impacting FLPO are clearly communicated to all. The successful candidate will drive and embed a culture of high-quality communications that meet the needs of our front-line population and will work with People Platform teams, People Advisory (PA) centralized teams and project teams to ensure timely and appropriate communication is embedded in all initiative plans and that we meet the needs of the intended population.
