- Create a change and communications strategy for the general site related events/ business update and to VSM and LCD rollout and execute the plan including key KPIs to track progress
- Utilize different forms of communication (emails, intranet, supervisor level meetings) to communicate content across the site to hit communication KPIs and deliver on the strategy
- Be a resource to change agents in the business areas to understand what change plans are needed and drive the actions outcome to resolve and help
- Influence our people leaders who are focused on setting their teams up for success (i.e., entrepreneurial leadership) and empower and well-develop the workforce whereby all our employees fully embrace that their role is to challenge the status quo and to improve the way we work by creating and improving our standards
- Crate a strong sense of urgency, Diversity & Inclusion and belonging as part of a ONE PS TEAM mindset and drive culture based on our Fit to Win (F2W) strategies and LIFE 2.0 values
- Identify, analyze, and develop change and communication strategies to drive the cultural transformation needed to support Supply Center
- Develop and maintain a communication strategy that supports a world class level of performance by reinforcing examples of great teamwork, sense of urgency, great embodiment of LIFE 2.0 values, overcoming setbacks, and challenging the status quo to continually improve our standards and performance
- Serve as a Change Management Coach for the site and conduct workshops Key Tasks: with our people leaders to become more fluent in Change Management techniques using BEE concepts and strategies in support of leadership development and higher performance
- Partner with PSS Pillar leaders (Culture and Leadership) across the plant network to understand best practices and to rollout across the plant regarding change initiatives
- Partner with corporate communications to understand best practices under communications and utilize across the site
- Create a change and communications strategy for the general site related events/ business update and execute the plan. As well as any initiatives cross site to contribute the stakeholder’s journey and success
- Define success measures and create a scorecard to measure the success of all site communications
- Be a resource to change agents in the business areas to understand what change plans are needed and facilitate actions to resolve and help
- Create a stakeholder management plan regarding VSM and LCD and measure success against the plan
- Organize and plan all Myerstown site employee townhalls, create content slides and facilitate with SLT to gain employee engagement
- Drive management of change across the site including culture and engagement using Employee Engagement Activities Committee (EEAC)
- Manage and coordinate facilitating the BEE Program as well as future change management programs including branding on site
- Act as the primary liaison for the SLT in delivering communications to the site employees
- Collaborate with training group, develop and facilitate robust New Hire Orientation program to empower individuals from day one of their employment at Bayer. Play an active role in shaping the new hire and leading their onboarding experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree
- Excellent leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills required
- Demonstrated ability to deal in a professional and positive manner with all levels of employees and external contacts
- Must have strong interpersonal communications skills, the demonstrated ability to build good relationships and promote trust, negotiating skills, strong oral and written communication skills
- Fundamental understanding of change skills and change methodologies and how to apply the skills in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to build relationships across the organization to facilitate actions of change. Familiarity with LEAN/Six Sigma design thinking
- Must be self-motivated, organized and proactive, showing strong initiative and attention to detail
- Must have autonomy and be able to manage priorities
- Excellent digital and computer skills, especially in Microsoft applications
- Possess integrity, be trustworthy and must be able to handle confidential information with discretion
- Demonstrated ability to bring creative solutions and efficiencies to the site
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or communication with 4 years of relevant experience or Associate’s Degree with 6 years relevant experience required. Relevant experience defined as supporting change management and site function
- Design/graphic design experience is preferred

MAIN PURPOSE
The purpose of this role is to develop strategies in support of the cultural transformation needed to enable the Myerstown Supply Center to be the best place to work and progressing from a phase 0 to a phase 4 world class site within the Product Supply System, while serving as a Change Management Coach for the site. The role leads key site capabilities:
