      Communications Manager

Join a talented team with a global scope and impact. As our future Communications Manager, you will have the opportunity to plan, develop and deliver global communications content while working with our communication colleagues in Denmark and across the globe. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop the right messaging and format for key content that needs to be cascaded in the company. Furthermore, you will be supporting our various communication channels and projects.

As Communications Manager, you will be part of the Internal Communications team located in our Central office in Copenhagen.

Carlsberg is a listed company and communicating the strategic initiatives and financial results internally and externally is one of our key priorities. In everything we do, whether it’s global projects on employee engagement, business strategy cascades or sharing our business results with the employees every quarter, our team takes pride in constantly improving and enriching the employee experience by producing impactful and engaging content spread across various internal channels.

A key part of your role will be to support or lead communication activities on some of the strategic initiatives, facilitating the embedment of our business strategy within the organization. This includes making sure our global content reaches all relevant employees through channels that work best for them. All this, while collaborating our global functions and supporting a solid, diverse, and inclusive employee culture.

      What you’ll be doing

You will be the trusted communications advisor for internal stakeholders at all levels of the business, including leadership and executive teams. Your main responsibilities will be to:

      • Define, develop, and deliver global projects, employee engagement campaigns and events throughout the year, and manage projects with competing deadlines while ensuring high-quality on-brand communication
      • Support the communication of quarterly business results
      • Develop communication plans for key projects and build impactful content, formats, and activities, and then implement and measure results
      • Regularly contribute content to the company’s Intranet and other digital communication platforms
      • Partner with internal stakeholders, including colleagues in markets and functions, to deliver communications products and campaigns.

      What we’re looking for

Our future colleague has the ability to deliver advanced global strategic projects - but also solve simple day-to-day tasks and be hands-on. The skillset needed includes writing and editing, project management, and possibly some basic graphic design. We expect you to have approximately 5+ years’ experience working within a global organization as a trusted communications professional. Experience in FMCG industry is preferred.

Furthermore, fluency in English with advanced writing skills is necessary, as well as the ability to adapt quickly and comfortably to the company’s tone of voice in writing articles, video scripts and other content.

Proficiency with SharePoint and digital savviness to create your own content, whether it be short videos, stories for the Intranet, or PowerPoint presentations.

As we are a small team with a wide scope working in a face-paced environment, being a team-oriented person with a positive attitude is an absolute must.

      What you can expect

You’ll be working for a truly purpose-oriented company. We have an informal and social work culture with great colleagues, interesting tasks, and a continuous desire to do better. You will get a job with purpose and the conditions to make a high impact. We are proud to work for a company with an innovative sustainability strategy and you will be joining our journey Together Towards ZERO & Beyond.
