      Job Description:

      This job is responsible for leading teams or projects accountable for enterprise-wide and Line of Business targeted communications. Key responsibilities include developing communications strategies and plans and providing editorial planning and writing expertise. Job expectations include leading high priority communication initiatives, programs, and projects, creating engaging and impactful messaging for employees and leaders, and training and developing employees.

      Responsibilities:

      • Develops and executes strategic communication plans to drive business and team objectives
      • Leads the creation of consistent, engaging, and strategic messaging, including leader messaging, articles, interviews, and other written and visual pieces across the enterprise
      • Manages targeted and enterprise-wide communications for various channels, including email, written announcements, employee messaging, town halls, videos, and blog posts
      • Partners with colleagues such as Media Relations, Global Marketing, Public Policy, and Local Markets teams to drive priority programs and create engaging and impactful content, working independently and staying connected with all key stakeholders
      • Contributes to enterprise-level programs and projects, major company reports, and other key initiatives

      Required Qualifications:

      • Relationship Management or similar experience necessitating executive presence and the ability to influence executive leadership
      • Proven ability to quickly build relationships across and up, leveraged as a trusted advisor to provide strategic advice and planning
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to simplify complex information and proactively develop a communications strategy
      • Initiative and ability to creatively influence business priorities with communications solutions
      • Ability to integrate GCC standards into business initiatives, navigating the complexities of building consensus across multiple stakeholders
      • Must be able to work well in a collaborative team environment, but also independently
      • Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple competing activities in an environment where priorities may evolve
      • Demonstrated resilience and agility
      • HS diploma, GED or equivalent

      Desired Qualifications:

      • Communications/writing experience a plus

      Pay and benefits information

      Pay range

      $95,900.00 - $151,600.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

      Discretionary incentive eligible

      This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
