      Internal Communications Manager – 12-month maternity cover
      Be the person behind the voice that inspires colleagues across No7 Beauty Company

      Location: Boots HQ in Nottingham, UK
      Department: Internal Communications
      Reports to: Head of Internal Communications
      Contract: 12-month fixed term (maternity cover)

      Days pw: Part time
      Starting: Before mid-July 2025

As our Internal Communications Manager for No7 Beauty Company, you'll be the crucial link between our overarching strategic vision and the team members who bring it to life every day across our brands and through our international retail network.
      This isn't just any internal communications role – it's your chance to make a measurable impact during a key period for our business. Reporting directly to Boots and No7 Beauty Company Head of Internal Communications, you'll own the delivery of our internal communications strategy for No7 Beauty Company, crafting narratives that resonate with all our team members and, in turn, excite our customers.

      Your mission

      You'll be the driving force behind how we connect our colleagues to our business priorities and mission:

      • Architect compelling campaigns – Transform strategic priorities into creative, multi-channel communication campaigns that capture attention and drive action.
      • Partner with leadership – Build influential relationships with senior stakeholders, becoming their trusted advisor on all internal communication matters.
      • Craft content that connects – Develop engaging written and visual communications that bring our brand voice to life across all internal channels, leveraging in-house creative resources.
      • Orchestrate memorable events – Plan and deliver high-impact internal events that inform, engage and inspire, such as our annual Mission Launch event.
      • Lead with insight – Measure communication effectiveness and translate data into meaningful business impact stories.
      • Drive daily excellence – Manage business-as-usual communications with flair and precision.
      Working collaboratively with another Internal Communications Manager, you'll take the lead on No7 Beauty Company communications while they balance supporting you and other company-wide initiatives. Your partnership will be essential to our success, but you'll own and drive the delivery of the support plan.

      What you'll bring

      You're an experienced communications professional with:
      • 5-10 years of proven experience in communications roles, preferably with significant internal communications focus.
      • Exceptional storytelling abilities with masterful writing and verbal communication skills
      • Strategic thinking paired with hands-on implementation expertise
      • A creative mindset that constantly seeks fresh approaches to engagement
      • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels
      • Experience planning and measuring communication effectiveness
      • Resilience and calm under pressure in fast-paced environments
      • The ability to work autonomously while maintaining alignment with broader goals.
