What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage various communications and parenting projects via internal ticketing system
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators for all online content
- Design engaging content for social media, website, and blog
- Oversee content publishing and editorial calendars for various platforms
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience managing marketing communications projects and digital content
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong computer skills and working knowledge of digital and design software
- Strong writing, verbal, and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of early childhood or human services systems/policy
- Ability to attend meetings in Phoenix and travel throughout Arizona
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
