What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute communication plans for complex, strategic projects
- Write, edit, distribute, and measure high-quality content including articles, news releases, and social media posts
- Strengthen and align the organization’s brand and tone through communication efforts
- Collaborate closely with department leaders and cross-functional partners
- Produce tactical communications materials that advance organizational priorities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
- 3–5 years of professional writing and communications experience in healthcare, corporate, agency, or non-profit settings
- Demonstrated portfolio of published articles, news releases, and multi-platform content
- Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including clinical staff and leadership
- Strong familiarity with AP Style and experience in healthcare communications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Healthcare communications experience strongly preferred
- Experience working with operational teams in a healthcare setting
