What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with business communication leads to develop and distribute targeted communications to employees
- Manage an editorial calendar to ensure timely and relevant content delivery
- Maintain and publish content daily across internal communication platforms
- Collect, track, analyze, and report on data to drive improvements and increase communication effectiveness
- Provide tactical support for communication events

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of communication and/or media industry experience
- Solid project management skills, including editorial planning and data analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
- Proven capability in developing, managing, and editing digital channels (corporate intranet, posting, building pages, editing stories)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge and/or experience using the Associated Press Stylebook
- Experience working with employee communications platforms (corporate intranet, Opal, SharePoint)
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
