      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a contact and strategic partner for internal and external communications initiatives
      - Collaborate with liaisons from other departments to create communications materials
      - Draft, design, and execute various communications materials, including newsletters, email marketing, and website copy
      - Identify areas for optimization in communications and assist in finding meaningful solutions
      - Perform administrative duties to support the Communications department

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Communication, Professional or Business Writing, Marketing, English, or a similar subject
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience creating and designing written and visual communications material
      - Proven writing success with the ability to convey information to diverse audiences
      - Demonstrated design acumen with an understanding of effective visual layouts
      - Strong planning and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience supporting complex communication strategies for large, cross-functional projects, preferably in an insurance setting
      - Knowledge of property insurance principles
