  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Ensure a transparent and accessible flow of information within the cooperative, driving member communication plans and collaborating with stakeholders
  - Manage all membership communications, events, and initiatives, including newsletters and the Annual Report
  - Oversee member forums and produce internal reports to advance the cooperative’s objectives
  - Participate in project management to promote lean and agile principles across the organization
  - Maintain compliance with governance-related policies and manage relationships with external cooperative organizations
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 3+ years of progressive experience in operations, communications, or a similar field
  - Proven experience in developing and executing communications plans in a remote business environment
  - Track record of effective program management in a small or medium-sized business
  - Familiarity with project management software (Asana preferred), GSuite, Slack, and collaboration tools
  - Experience managing relationships with external stakeholders and PR opportunities
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Certified Scrum Master
  - Project Management Practitioner
  - Experience leading and working with international and remote teams in a cross-functional and agile environment
