- Manage the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of homeowner associations, including onboarding new clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction, retention, and referrals.
- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Sacramento region through targeted sales strategies.
- Develop and nurture referral networks to support ongoing business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and professional client experience from onboarding through long-term management.
- 3–5 years of experience in Community Association Management (HOA/COA).
- Proven success in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
- Proficient with industry-related software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- CAI or CACM certifications are strongly preferred.
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience is a plus.
