      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assess community needs to support vulnerable populations and enhance resilience in health, food security, and housing
      - Identify and collaborate with local partner organizations to build disaster-related resilience
      - Integrate partnerships into planning, readiness, response, and recovery activities
      - Support the implementation of Community Adaptation initiatives and engage with diverse volunteer teams
      - Communicate program objectives, milestones, and progress to internal teams and stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Health, or related field
      - Minimum of 7 years of related experience in outcomes-based social services environment
      - Familiarity with community disaster risk reduction and climate adaptation strategies
      - Proficiency in MS Office software and ability to create presentations and training modules
      - Ability to reside in or near Lake County and travel as required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual proficiency
      - Experience in community mobilization and disaster recovery
