      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Carry out enrollment events and achieve membership growth targets through marketing activities
      - Develop and maintain relationships with key business leaders and community-based organizations
      - Schedule, coordinate, and participate in enrollment events, encouraging partner participation
      - Deliver presentations and distribute educational materials to members and potential members
      - Execute company programs and assist with Molina turnkey events

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent job-related experience
      - Minimum of 5 years of related experience in marketing, business development, or community engagement
      - Exceptional networking and negotiation skills, with experience in sales and marketing techniques
      - Strong public speaking and presentation skills
      - Valid driver's license with a good driving record and reliable transportation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual in English and Spanish
      - Solid understanding of healthcare markets, particularly Medicaid
      - Experience in healthcare marketing, enrollment, or grassroots/community outreach
      - 3-5 years of project management experience in a healthcare or outreach setting
      - Active Life & Health Insurance license
