What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve enrollment growth objectives for Medicaid programs through community engagement and outreach
- Coordinate and participate in enrollment events, promoting Molina's services to potential members
- Develop and maintain relationships with community-based organizations (CBOs) and key stakeholders
- Deliver presentations and distribute educational materials to both current and prospective members
- Manage daily schedules to align with department goals and initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent job-related experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, business development, community engagement, or the healthcare industry
- Exceptional networking, negotiation, and public speaking skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record and reliable transportation

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Solid understanding of healthcare markets, particularly Medicaid
- 5 years of outreach experience serving low-income populations
- Experience in healthcare marketing, enrollment, or grassroots/community outreach
- Familiarity with sales or marketing techniques
- Fluency in a second language highly desirable
