      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate project scope activities for Communities Energized for Health (CEH) and Rural Outreach for Advocacy and Resilience (ROAR)
      - Organize and train volunteers, and conduct outreach and education for decision-makers
      - Facilitate meetings and assist in the development of educational materials
      - Write reports, including bi-annual progress reports and proposals
      - Conduct evaluations through public opinion polls and key informant interviews

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA/BS degree or equivalent in public health or a related field
      - Three to five years of experience in public health, grassroots community organizing, or similar areas
      - Minimum of one year of experience as a Project Coordinator
      - Strong skills in group facilitation, presentation, and organizational leadership
      - Proficient in MS Office applications and able to travel to project counties

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Fluency in Spanish to enhance outreach in primarily Spanish-speaking communities
