What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and communicate the academy’s blended learning vision
- Provide coaching and professional development for blended learning staff
- Train staff on effectively using digital tools and resources
- Track, analyze, and report on student achievement and engagement
- Serve as the point of contact for blended learning platforms and tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in education, Counseling, Human Services, or related field
- Two (2) years of experience working with families in a similar capacity
- Ability to clear required background check
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with online learning environments and educational technology platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in education, Counseling, Human Services, or related field
- Three (3) years of experience working with families in a similar capacity
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to coach and support adult learners
- Skilled in data analysis
