- Assist with planning and execution of Buffalo Bills, Bills Foundation, and NFL community programs
- Input and track community donations, events, and programs in data management system
- Support the coordination of team and player community events during the season and throughout the year
- Support Community Impact initiatives at training camp including community group visits
- Support and execute Community Impact game day events and experiences
- Manage budget and impact report for assigned programs and events
- Provide year end summaries for community programs and activities
- Actively develop relationships with non-profit organizations in the WNY area to strengthen the outreach footprint
- Assist with facilitating community sponsorships
- Other responsibilities as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years related experience
- Strategic and creative thinking with strong organizational skills
- Reliable transportation
- Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience, taken initiative, and coordinated projects from development through completion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, or similar CRM strongly preferred
- Work schedule must be flexible – evenings and weekends required as needed
- Physical demands
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to climb stadium stairs
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

The Bills have won the AFC East division title the last five years, as well as won two American Football League (AFL) Championships (1964-1965), and an NFL record four straight AFC Championships (1990-1993) that included four trips to the Super Bowl. Located in Orchard Park, New York, the Bills are proud to be a member of the Western New York Community for more than 55 years.
Terry and Kim Pegula purchased the Buffalo Bills in 2014 and are only the second owners in the team’s history. POSITION SUMMARY
The Community Impact Coordinator will be responsible for developing and coordinating community programs, implementing league initiatives, and supporting general community outreach efforts.
