      National Sales Manager - Cetera Advisors (Community Sales Leader)

      Are you ready to take on a high-impact leadership role in the financial industry? Cetera Financial Group is looking for a dynamic individual to lead our Cetera Advisors community. In this role, the successful candidate will drive growth, engagement, and satisfaction of our top business owners/advisors, resulting in higher Net Promoter Scores (NPS), adoption of tools and platforms, and increase AUA and AUM.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Develop and execute a comprehensive recruiting strategy tailored to the unique needs of the Advisor Channel.
      • Execute and personalize specifically designed CFG strategies for advisors leveraging key business intelligence tools.
      • Identify opportunities to deepen our advisor engagement and accelerate growth through personalized and innovative sales campaigns.
      • Build and implement strategies that drive activation, retention, and growth within the advisor segment, aligned with the Cetera’s overall distribution strategy.
      • Collaborate with marketing, key accounts, and wealth management teams to identify and capitalize on key growth opportunities.
      • Drive the design of sales programs, tools, and resources to empower advisors to better serve their clients and enhance their businesses.
      • Leverage data insights to refine sales approaches and ensure effectiveness in addressing advisor-specific challenges and opportunities.
      • Drive the creation of compelling, industry-relevant content that resonates with advisor audiences and reinforces the brand’s value proposition.
      • Establish KPIs to measure the success of sales initiatives within the Advisor Channel.
      • Use data analytics and insights to continuously refine strategies and improve ROI.
      • Partner on quarterly and campaign reporting development with the marketing team.
      • Manage the relationships of all advisor firms within the Cetera Advisors community.
      • Drive success of KPIs within the business: Newly recruited revenue and assets, Same Store Sales growth, advisory AUM growth, and advisor and firm retention.
      • Act as liaison to corporate centers representing the voice of the customer to help drive high-value changes in the broader organization.
      • Support core revenue in reduction of GDC attrition and Same Store Sales growth.

      Qualifications:

      • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience (preferably in the advisor industry), with at least 5 years focused on driving recruiting and sales.
      • Proven track record of leading and executing successful platform sales strategies.
      • Deep understanding of the advisor ecosystem, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities.
      • Expertise in developing multi-channel sales campaigns with measurable outcomes.
      • Strong leadership and project management skills, with a collaborative mindset.
      • Self-starter, comfortable in a fast-paced environment and driving strategy and process with whitespace.
      • Extremely effective oral and written communicator.
      • Proficiency in CRM systems and data analytics platforms.
      • Sales-oriented and ROI-driven approach to building sales strategy.
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), Salesforce, and other relevant tools.
      • FINRA Series 7 & 24 Required.

      Travel Requirements:

      Up to 50% for strategic community engagements with advisors and Cetera events, conferences or leadership meetings.

      Compensation Range:

      The base annual salary range for this role is $190,000 to $270,000, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
