What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple residential properties, ensuring resident satisfaction
- Coordinate maintenance requests and monitor repairs for timely completion
- Enforce lease agreements and adhere to local regulations
- Organize community-building events to foster a positive atmosphere
- Maintain accurate resident records and prepare reports
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Capability to manage multiple tasks across different properties
- Basic knowledge of property management, including lease agreements and maintenance procedures
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual candidates preferred
- Familiarity with property management software and online communication tools
