      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the strategy, design, and daily management of the employer's Discourse forum, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for users
      - Curate and create content and programming to foster valuable conversations and peer support
      - Moderate discussions with empathy, ensuring alignment with the employer's values and community guidelines
      - Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to leverage community insights for strategic initiatives
      - Integrate the forum into broader campaigns and product launches in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4–5 years of experience in online community management, moderation, customer support, or digital engagement
      - Hands-on experience running or moderating forums or digital communities, preferably in SaaS, AI, or productivity platforms
      - Strong understanding of online community dynamics, including safety and engagement best practices
      - Familiarity with community platforms such as Discourse, Khoros, or Bevy
      - Exceptional written communication skills to engage a diverse, global audience effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using community engagement tools (e.g., Common Room) to track sentiment and growth
      - Confident handling sensitive conversations with empathy and clarity
      - Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
      - Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
