What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the assigned property, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
- Develop and analyze budgets, set rent rates, and oversee financial reporting to meet targeted revenues
- Supervise property staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Promote resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and ensuring timely service requests are completed
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain safety, cleanliness, and appeal
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in property management or a related field
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze budgets and financial reports
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing staff and resident relations
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Physical capability to perform property inspections and manage maintenance tasks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in multi-family housing operations
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and compliance standards
- Leadership experience in managing a diverse team
- Knowledge of marketing strategies for property leasing
- Experience with property management software
