      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Direct, supervise, train, and evaluate all staff managing facilities and maintenance
      - Collaborate with Merrimack College and other stakeholders to ensure successful facility management and operations
      - Actively lead the preparation of yearly budgets and financial plans
      - Ensure all units and public spaces are clean, well-maintained, and ready for student occupancy
      - Serve as Greystar's primary communication contact with Merrimack College’s Office of Residential Life

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Communications, or a related field
      - 4-6 years of relevant experience in residence life and/or property management
      - Knowledge of laws affecting higher education and community living, including FERPA and Title IX
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a detail-oriented and self-motivated approach
      - Ability to implement problem-solving strategies for everyday residential challenges

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated proficiency in property management software such as Yardi, OneSite, or Entrata
      - Experience building collaborative partnerships with faculty, administrators, and campus partners
      - Familiarity with equity and inclusion issues in higher education
