Identify, coordinate, attend, and professionally represent the organization at approved community events, health fairs, and outreach activities
Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, event organizers, and local organizations
Generate, capture, and qualify Medicare and Covered California leads in compliance with CMS and Covered California guidelines, providing high-level education (no plan-specific sales)
Ensure full compliance with all marketing regulations by using approved materials and maintaining accurate documentation of outreach and leads
Track event performance and lead outcomes, provide regular reporting, and coordinate logistics with internal teams and contracted agents
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable engaging with seniors and diverse communities
Ability to work evenings and weekends as required for events
Strong organizational and time management skills
Bilingual preferred (Spanish a plus)

RESPONSIBILITIESThe Community Outreach Representative is responsible for generating qualified Medicare and Covered California leads through community-based outreach activities, events, and educational
opportunities throughout Southern California. This role serves as the primary on-site representative at approved community events, ensuring compliant engagement, professional brand representation, and effective lead capture to support enrollment growth.

Salary range is $17 to $19 per hour.
