      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the Houston Endowment supported adult education project, including participant recruitment and project goals
      - Build and maintain relationships with community partners and service providers in the adult education and civics space
      - Plan and execute community partner events and adult education classes to achieve grant goals
      - Collaborate with internal teams to connect grant partners with YES Prep's schools and support fundraising efforts
      - Publicize grant successes to stakeholders and governmental offices to maximize impact

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in community organizing, advocacy, or nonprofit service provision
      - Bilingual in Spanish
      - Ability to work outside of normal hours and on weekends
      - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain positive working relationships in a collaborative environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced degree from an accredited educational institution
      - Active involvement in local civic clubs, volunteer organizations, or community associations
      - Experience as a YES Prep parent, alumni, or teacher
      - Proficiency in multiple languages, with Spanish preferred
