      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Facilitate referrals for various levels of behavioral health care for patients awaiting treatment across multiple emergency departments and units
      - Monitor system-wide capacity to guide placement efforts for patients
      - Communicate and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams within and outside the organization
      - Document and track tasks in the medical record system and assist with data collection and analysis
      - Provide cross-coverage of tasks related to admissions and inpatient throughput

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred in Social Work, Psychology, or Health Care
      - Experience in the mental health care field
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Strong judgment and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
      - Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
