      East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) has multiple openings for full-time Community Treatment Specialists for our Behavioral Health Services Division at our 2 Old County Road location in Barrington, RI.

      Join our dedicated team at East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP)!

      Perform a variety of case management and care coordination duties on our Assertive Community Treatment IHH-C Team, relating to complete case management in support of clients living with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) who are living independently in the community, both community-based and hospitalized.

      Provide direct assistance, advocacy, coordination of care, side-by-side individualized support, and/or problem-solving skills to help clients obtain medical and dental health care. (individual and family support services)

      Your Expertise & Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree preferred or associate's degree with at least two (2) years of direct experience
      • Knowledge and proficiency in community-based treatment and rehabilitation.
