      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct market research and benchmarking to evaluate the competitiveness of compensation programs
      - Analyze compensation data and trends to support salary structure development and job evaluations
      - Collaborate with HR Business Partners and department leaders to provide compensation recommendations for new hires and promotions
      - Support the annual compensation review process, including merit increases and bonuses
      - Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership on compensation trends and metrics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a compensation analysis role
      - Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems
      - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data to senior management

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is a plus
      - Familiarity with compensation survey tools
      - Experience with producing compensation dashboards
      - Knowledge of Excel at an expert level
