      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct research on external market trends and make recommendations for compensation practices
      - Prepare and review market survey submissions and compliance reports
      - Perform comprehensive equity analysis and assist in developing compensation policies
      - Provide consulting support to partners, clients, and leaders regarding compensation processes
      - Manage bonus programs and ensure timely processing of payments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or Finance
      - Minimum of 3 years of related experience in compensation, human resources, data analytics, or finance planning
      - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
      - Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
      - Effective verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Background in healthcare
      - Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday
      - Familiarity with job evaluation tools, such as Payscale or MarketPay
