What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with the review of the organization's base salary structure and ranges, including updated job descriptions and market pricing
- Support the preparation of needed ad-hoc compensation reports and corresponding analysis
- Maintain job profiles with updated information in the HR System (Workday)
- Participate in designated salary surveys by matching jobs to survey jobs and submitting to survey companies
- Perform regular compensation data audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of Human Resources experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Previous experience working in a role heavily focused on numerical data and information
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Solid verbal and written communication skills to articulate concepts and ideas
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including strong proficiency with Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- At least 2 years of Compensation experience or working knowledge of basic compensation theories and practices
- Familiarity with basic structure within Workday and Workday Report Writer
- Good understanding of organizational structure
