- Assist with development and ongoing management of process to create, evaluate and benchmark our job descriptions vs. the market, while also ensuring internal equity – for both current and new jobs, across both Field and Corporate organizations.
- Serve as a key player in the day-to-day operations by managing compensation data requests from cross-functional partners
- Partner with Talent team members to support the creation of the new hire offer approval exception process,
- Support compensation and short- and long-term incentive programs and projects
- Collaborate with leaders to analyze and update Commission and Incentive structures for multiple Corporate and Field Programs.
- Support in building appropriate metrics and Merit matrices for both our merit and incentive cycles.
- Manage external benchmarking process by submitting data to compensation survey submissions. Manage relationships with third-party vendors for survey submissions.
- Keep a pulse on the compensation landscape by reviewing and analyzing the benchmark data and making recommendations to our compensation ranges and equity guidelines to ensure market competitiveness.
- Assist with the development of process to update and maintain compensation ranges and equity guidelines
- Independently manage mid-year rewards cycle and partner with People Services team members on a seamless administration of the annual merit cycle
- Tracks YTD results for performance-based cash and equity incentive programs. Track utilization of equity budget and provide quarterly updates on usage and dilution
- Manage recurring equity processes, including monthly equity approvals and terminations and serve as the first point of contact for equity questions from current and former employees.
- Collaborate with Total Rewards team to research and develop new compensation program initiatives and improve current processes.
- Assist with driving change management and communication efforts associated with implementation of new compensation plan
- Bachelor’s degree or concentration in Human Resources, Finance, or related field required, such as Organizational Psychology, Labor Relations, Organizational Behavior, Human Capital Development or Financial Operations.
- 2-3 years of experience in compensation required. SHRM-CCP certification is a bonus
- Experience in Sales Compensation is a bonus.
- Understanding of LTI programs is a plus.
- Functional knowledge of Shareworks
- Understanding of FSLA requirements
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel; experience with VBA or Macros a plus
- Proficient with PowerPoint and HRIS systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational, time management and project management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Reporting to Mgr, Compensation
- Working with the entire People Team
- Working cross-functionally with and becoming a trusted-go-to-resource on compensation for Recruiting, People Business Partners, and Finance

Job Description
We are currently seeking a Compensation Analyst to support our People Services team at our New York City office!
The People Services team is looking to hire a highly motivated and analytical individual who is eager to enhance their compensation experience while impacting a dynamic and growing global company. This versatile role will focus on building out and managing operational processes, procedures and programs that will enable our business leaders to attract, motivate and retain key talent. This role will play a key part in scaling our total rewards practice as our organization continues to grow.
The ideal candidate is analytical and possesses a curiosity to create, automate and enhance processes and procedures to positively impact how we pay our team members. This role often manages competing priorities and requires a diverse skill set ranging from knowledge of compensation benchmarking and offer management, to incentive plan design and compensation administration. Teamwork is also a key to success for this role – it will require a partnership amongst members of the People Services team (People Services Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Communications, L&D), as well as between other departments (Business Leaders, Finance, Legal, IT, Payroll, etc.), in ensuring the collaboration and execution against key pillars of our Win with Talent strategy.
