      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Research and prepare changes to existing compensation programs, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals
      - Conduct market pricing analysis to evaluate internal equity and ensure market competitiveness
      - Utilize HRIS systems to manage job descriptions, pay adjustments, and produce reports
      - Participate in salary surveys to analyze the organization's competitive position and gather data
      - Support managers and HR colleagues in the interpretation and administration of compensation policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Finance, or a closely related field
      - Minimum of 2 years of related experience, preferably in healthcare
      - Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) is preferred
      - Working knowledge of ERP, MS Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint
      - Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with human resources policies and procedures
      - Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
      - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
      - Familiarity with state and federal compensation laws
      - Experience conducting salary analysis and managing compensation budgets
