      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze jobs and conduct evaluations while benchmarking positions against the job market
      - Support the annual merit cycle with documentation and administrative assistance
      - Maintain and manage the library of compensation salary surveys for market competitiveness
      - Administer the annual incentive plan process in collaboration with HR and Finance teams
      - Provide data analysis and respond to compensation-related inquiries from employees and HR staff

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
      - Minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience in compensation administration
      - General knowledge of compensation principles and employment regulations
      - Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
      - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certification as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
