- Conduct market benchmarking using survey data platforms
- Assist in the design and assessment of job architecture, salary structures, and pay ranges
- Review job descriptions to align positions within leveling frameworks
- Gather, scrub, and organize compensation data
- Analyze market trends and pay equity data to support client recommendations
- Support statistical analyses to inform compensation design decisions
- Help ensure compliance with compensation-related regulations (e.g., EEO, FLSA)
- Prepare clear, concise summaries and visuals for internal and client-facing presentations
- Support compensation project management and cycle planning tasks
- Minimum 2 years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, or related role
- Understanding of compensation fundamentals (e.g., job evaluation, benchmarking, pay equity)
- Strong data analysis skills (Excel required; familiarity with statistical tools a plus) to analyze and design equitable pay structures
- Ability to review job content and identify benchmark role matches in salary databases and publicly available sources
- Strong computer skills in MS Suite (e.g., Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, 365, Teams)
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create and execute surveys to gather compensation or employee feedback
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced consulting environment as a member of a team and with significant autonomy, self-discipline, and organization skills
- Experience in an HR consulting or client services environment
- Experience with HR or Compensation analysis of multiple organizations
- Familiarity with executive or sales compensation
- Exposure to compensation work in nonprofit, private sector, public sector, and/or higher education settings
- Experience using compensation data platforms

Salary Range: $65,318 - $76,422
