      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide ongoing data and analysis support to the Attorney Compensation Manager
      - Responsible for data provision of the annual Associate Compensation process and Counsel Compensation process
      - Manage document tracking related to attorney contracts, incentives, and transitions
      - Collaborate with Payroll staff for timely and accurate processing of attorney payments
      - Maintain and update Attorney Compensation SharePoint and team-built tools

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2+ years in an analyst or compensation role
      - Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
      - Strong ability to understand and interpret financial and performance data
      - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills across all levels of a professional services organization

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a law firm or professional services organization
      - Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, and SQL applications
      - Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
